Takes time. I mean, as long as the economy is well, and the conditions are favorable like they are now, than its just a matter of waiting. I think the NYC super tall boom makes it seem like they can just go up, but a supertall can take a decade or more from conception to completion. Takes a really long time to get a tower such as this.
