What's unique about this one is that it might be four towers on the same block as another two-tower project of the same height is planned by another developer across the alley...a combined 1,700 units plus sizeable office space on a two-acre block. It would be the densest residential block in Seattle and freaking awesome in my opinion. (The renderings above show another twin-tower project that's nearly complete, not the second project on this block.)
