I mocked up this rough sketch - it might help you get an idea of what's going on.
- 1 Yonge St. is by Pinnacle International. (40 + 70 + 75 + 2x 80s + 88 stories).
- LCBO Lands - not sure what's going there yet.
- Pier27 is by Cityzen. (future tower at 35 stories and another tower - currently 2 towers at 14 stories built).
- Loblaws Lands - not sure on that at the moment.
- Daniels is this proposal at 65 stories.
- Monde is 40 stories and is by Great Gulf Homes (currently in sales).
- Tridel and Hines have a very large development for those lands (image below shows the density that is planned).
- Further East (not shown in the map) you will have Cityzen and Castlepoint developing 13.5acres of land.
In this image, the "DOCKSIDE" is already built. The "BAYSIDE" area is now in sales (starting with Aqualina which is 13 stories). There is also "QUAYSIDE" - this plot will take years to develop. I may have forgotten some items, but this gives you a general idea of all the development coming.
