I think companies in Menara Tun Razak are vacating/moving out...........
The Group’s 30-year old Menara Tun Razak will
undergo a major refurbishment with its existing
tower to be completely refurbished and 4-storey
annex block to be replaced with a construction of
a new 40-storey office tower. Works relating to
the refurbishment and redevelopment project are
expected to commence early 2012.
The redevelopment of the investment properties will
obviously impact the short term rental as no income
will be derived during the refurbishment of the existing
tower and construction of the new tower but we
expect the medium to long term impact to be positive.
The refurbishment and construction of the new tower
at Menara Tun Razak is anticipated to be completed
within a period of four years.
