this is one with big holl.
i have to repeat. city hall is 4 independent towers with no common connections. there are four 8 story brigdes at the top (one bridge connecting only two towers). there is a glassy dome, that covering inner yard, between towers at the top. those are only bridges technically. or does we have to count now petronas and federation as one building?
