It really has come a long way since Astroland closed. They've added a few more attractions every year, and people who haven't been there in years are always surprised at what they find. It's a genuinely fun place to visit, far from the years when people though of just crime.
They've also been building a lot of housing on some of the empty lots, and that will continue. What will really turn the corner for CI though is when they start to build the indoor amusements.
