Here is a rendering of Avenue with the new 1080 Brickell project included. 1080 is to be a 491 foot tall residential addition to the existing 1100 Brickell office buiding. It will be next door to Avenue with 1101 Brickell accross the street to the East and Flatiron across the street to the West.
