Is she on crack or something? How does a 46 storey CONDOMINIUM where 5 stories are office even remotely equal the height of a 223m, 56 storey office tower? Try ~ 60% the height of TD Centre. It can at the most be equivalent to the faux-Mies Ernst & Young Tower.
Someone needs to stick with the social issues and lay off the architecture.
