Several parcels of land uptown, which are being freed up by rerouting I-277 ramps, have been sold by the city. Development plans include a hotel and mixed use projects. Here is a video promoting the parcels of land, and include not only great renderings of the Charlotte skyline of the near future, but an idea of what might be done with these parcels of land.
