below: This massive building (one source says 80,000 sq. ft, another says 66,000 sq. ft.) is still standing. Today it is the Plaza Del Sol shopping mall.

-the building is so big it's rather difficult to capture on google street-view.

The one story tile-roof buildings (outlined in red below) are also still standing. (they're located on the northeast corner of Short Street and Boyle Avenue)

The shape reminds me of the early adobes. I'd love to know when they were built.
