I rode by earlier today and saw there is a Copper Cliff Metals demolition sign right above the corner entrance. It looks like they're removing some of the terra cotta pieces along the James St. wall.

I was at Thai Memory on a friday night recently and it was full. I think they've had alot of new customers after re-opening thanks to the spectator coverage and everyone knowing they got screwed by the demolition.
