Now, THAT would have been one beautiful tower!!! Not far from the ESB, but
ESB still would have been able to have "center stage". The older tower from
1909, on the other hand, would have been encroached upon. That would
have been the only downfall I could see. I like the way it dominates that
little area of the city. Because of its Italianate look, that part of town should
be called Little Italy II.
