Yeah I realized earlier bob's dream made a separate thread. Eh, I'll leave it up to mods (quite frankly could just merge the posts here into the world centre thread). Granted, its the biggest tower in the complex and the World Centre generally covers the whole project (encompasses the total).

Similar to the Riverside Thread, in which, one component, 1 West End has its own thread, but its all part of the general master plan. Although at its height, and bulk (paramount), its still a major development in the grand scheme of things.
