Per LAPL caption, this photo was taken on December 21, 1937. Only thing is--I don't think
there are enough "LUCCA" signs, do you? How would you ever find it?
Interesting interior "streetscape"--complete with phone poles--?? Or is this the restaurant's garden? Where are we?
Maybe ninja55 will be able to clarify.
