The last paragraph of this article says that they are building two new Fraternity houses next to Sigma Chi and Phi Delt they will be Theta Chi and Pi Kappa Phi.

Thanx for the article! I guess two houses makes sense, since it's such a large site. But, gah.... these stupid houses are starting to make parts of the campus look like sprawl.
