Plenty more will be built. Tourism has taken a big hit, but will bounce back. So long as the city continues to grow business wise, and visitors wise, these hotels will continue to rise. Can't have winners all of the time with towers/high rises. Some will be gems, many will not. Tends to hold water. Generally "X" city is full of nice things, and shitty things. If the demand requests budget functionality, budget functionality it shall get, and this will extend to hospitality, residential condos/rentals, mixed-used, office... ect.
