The building is sharp enough to have taken advantage of having a stage of its own. It should have been the current western "exclamation point" to a growing skyline but the developer used the opportunity for a "semi-colon" .
They did Trenton,Conshiohocken,Wichita instead of Philadelphia.
They blew it dude.
