Just one more correction... this neighborhood is not Ludlow. The neighborhood between Girard, Broad Street, Fairmount Ave and the SEPTA tracks is West Poplar.
The neighborhood between Cecil B. Moore, the SEPTA tracks, Girard and 5th Street is Ludlow.
