INTERIOR RENOVATION TO FLOORS 61 AND 62. CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY FROM BUSINESS TO EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT.

INCREASE OCCUPANT LOAD TO 150 PEOPLE.
