I've decided to create a thread for The
BEECHVILLE - LAKESIDE - TIMBERLEA community. The reason for this is two new Halifax Planning applications in the area;
Case 22879 - Lovett Lake which seeks to add a third phase and additional lands to the Armco community.
Case 22898 - Brunello Estates which seeks approval for Phase 4 which will see the construction of 333 residential units in 3 buildings at Timberlea Village Parkway and Marketway Lane. The buildings are proposed to be 16/12/12 stories.
