Jersey City is the boom spot of NJ. Its in a league of its own. Also some biggies unit count wise in Bayonne.
I wish Newark would boom on the level of Jersey City. Granted, plans in the pipeline, things happening but not on that level. Its anemic in its growth compared to what's East of the Passaic.
