I think these projects currently on the boards and under construction are going to speed up the infill of this southern perimeter of downtown. Hopefully, that will also lead to a buildup of pressure to create more multi-use high-rise towers, along with new tallests, particularly in the CBD.

Another cool project we haven't heard from for a while is the 'Birdie'. If anyone passes by there regularly please grab a couple of pics...And thanks Scott ahead of time for snapping anything you can on the Post District. I think we all love these update pics, even those living in the Metro but aren't able to pass by the location very often. Then there are those of us like Orlando, Wrendog, I-215, along with myself and others living outside the area, who doubly appreciate the photo updates.
