The Easley Apartments:
Downtown Winston-Salem's newest luxury apartment proposal is called The Easley. This massive 541,608 square-foot structure will have 277 units. 180 one bedroom units and 97 two bedroom units. DPJ Residential is the developer and Cline Design is the architect. It will have an 8,160 square-foot indoor amenity area, an outdoor pool on the second floor with a view inside the ballpark, and beautifully landscaped courtyards, including a small water feature on the Broad Street side. It will also have a relocated park space at Second and Broad streets. The southeast corner is roughly 65 feet / roughly 20 metres tall and will be visible from inside the ballpark. The second floor will also have a community party space with an outdoor amenity area designed to provide views of the field at the ballpark. This developer loves the downtown Winston-Salem apartment market and decided to build this due to strong demand at their new apartment building across the street.
