BELLEVUE | International Plaza | 5 Towers | up to 600FT | 40-48 FLOORS

  • Phase 1: Will be submitted for design review by end of year. Will include the Yuen Lui studio. Will take up the eastern third of the block. Two residential towers.
  • Phase 2: Will be the middle third and will also consist of two residential towers
  • Phase 3: Will be the western third of the block (where the church currently stands) and will be 600 feet. Use is still TBD but tentatively office.

It will eventually consist of five towers (4 residential, 1 mixed-use) built over 3 phases with at least one of the towers reaching the new 600 foot height limit.

Here is the description from the architect's website and some renderings. Credit to Lostwave for tracking these down.

Adamson Associates, Inc. is the Executive Architect for this new luxury development designed by MZA. Situated in the heart of Bellevue, Washington, this ambitious master plan will accommodate five towers — four residential high-rises and one office building. The first phase includes a condo tower containing 361 units and an apartment tower with 342 units. With its proximity to the Bellevue Transit Center and future light rail station, its breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, outstanding amenities, retail and green space, the Bellevue development is positioned to be the city’s most desirable living space.
