Along with this project, the brightside development by Bosa will especially be a real game changer for the neighbourhood centred around City Parkway between 104th and 108th. The city has already upgraded the streetscape of various streets/avenues in the area (new streetlights, bike lanes, etc), now all we need to see is some infill.
