First reading at
Halifax & West Community Council will be on Tuesday (March 25th, 2014). Assuming the public hearing is held at the April meeting the development agreement should be approved by the end of June (maybe the July meeting).
The proposed development agreement allows for the ground-floor "townhouse" unit to be residential or commercial space.
