After seeing those YIBMY renderings of all of the 300m towers rising, this design, should be a super tall. Hope they buy those remaining properties and make it happen. 700 ft seems like a waste for the area. While nice, its not grand and bold like its neighbors. If the gorgeous red pre-war is being demo'd, at least a super tall with something like the concept would make its demise worth it.
