Yeah if there's no construction this year it would be egregious to leave the corner of King/Charlotte blocked to pedestrians. Put in a real fence around the hole.
I wonder when/if the Murder Hill/222 Water fence will go away. It's just a slope, not sure why it's still barricaded.
