It's the NW corner of 6th and Broadway. In this 1901 photo we also see the Trout's Drug Store sign and part of the Bresee Bros Undertakers sign:

Perhaps all these sepia photos are of buildings on Broadway? This was posted earlier by er:


This 1904 photo looks west at 6th Street (on the left), with buildings on Spring and Broadway closest to the camera. In the right foreground, to the right of H. Arnold's Furniture Warehouse, is the Spring Street School. Behind the right side of the school are those two skinny, five- and four-story buildings from the above sepia photo. The Trout's Drug Store sign is also visible though not really readable:
