It is a different developer than the office and the project is on hold till the hotel industry starts to recover. Developer put all their hotel projects in the valley on hold, including 100 Mill Hyatt and the dual branded 8-story Marriott at City North. So its not dead, but no idea when it will get going. It has already received DRB approval, so only final building permit needed.
