Me thinks the author of that press release is an intern with surprisingly limited Google skills--or marketing ambitions bordering on fantasy. The address given has NothingZeroZilch to do with "...Denver's most affluent neighborhood." The empty lot at that address sits nearly at the base of Cherry Creek Reservoir dam. Yes, it's along Cherry Creek, but it's many miles removed from $$Cherry Creek$$.
