Speaking of which, I wonder if KPF will design this tower. It would be nice to see some elements from the Travelstead here. But this could also be a Foster or BIG tower. Maybe even SOM. Anything but a blue glass tower.
As far as terraces go, I think they could incorporate something like this one just up the block (390 Madison) another KPF work.
