This jack doesn't look very safe. All the weight is resting a few 4x4 wood rails, with no real foundation at all. I suppose it might work if you lined up a bunch of them under a single beam.
There's also one side sitting on asphalt, and the other side sitting on soil. Those two things do not make for an even footing...
