Correct. The central terminal, Automated People Mover, new concourse B, hotel and the new garage are supposed to be finished in 2011. That's assuming that somebody doesn't launch a legal challenge to the EIR (or CEQA), and delay the project for a couple of years like the did when Terminal A was constructed. That project was tied up for a couple of years in court before getting off the ground.

The old Terminal B will remain operational while constuction on the above
is completed. Once the new terminal and concourse are open for business they will demolish the old terminals and concourse.
