I suppose the same could be said about McAllister place in Saint John; it's literally surrounded by retail developments putting it more or less in the heart of our shopping district with East Point on one side, McAllister Drive's retail strip/Parkway Mall on the other, and the Walmart/Best Buy power centre in between.
