I had a look at the Liberty Village Townhouses on Google Street View and I couldn't figure out what was so great about them that Dawn Victoria Homes had to say that they would be modeled after them. Then I realized the major design element of the development is that there is no surface parking.
In Google Street View I saw this and thought it was ok, nothing special, there must be parking in behind, why is Dawn Victoria modeling 290 Barton after this?...

I zoomed back out to the aerial and realized all the streets between the townhouses were just pedestrian walkways...
