Condominium Project Coming to Southwest Austin

Austin (Travis County) — The Austin Zoning and Platting Commission has approved a condominium project on a primarily undeveloped portion of land.
The Lessin Lane Villas will consist of 18 condominium apartments that will be located at 219 Lessin Lane, in the Dawson Neighborhood in Southwest Austin.
Last month, the commission rezoned the neighborhood property from family residence zoning to multifamily highest density zoning.
The Lessin Lane Villas project will be constructed on 1.45 acres and have access to three streets on three sides of the property: Lessin Lane, Reyna Street/Krebs Lane and Fort McGruder Lane.
