I participated in the annual Bike & Brew event this past Saturday and there is an incredible amount of development along the Red Line, north of Union Station. I took these photos of a development under construction across from the Rhode Island Ave metro station. More than 1,500 residential units and an Alamo Drafthouse are planned.
