Wilbur's refurbishment project at that intersection was a great step in the right direction but the whole intersection has got a long way to go. It's a popular entrance into the core too for people traveling from the north end and Rothesay/ Quispamsis so it's the first impression for a lot of people. Hopefully, someone will pick up these lots soon!

Burying the lines on the rest of Union, resurfacing the street and redoing the sidewalks would dramatically enhance the pedestrian experience and attract developers.
