Clearly you prefer post-modern style to modern/minimalist design which is what Optima does. I think you're in the minority on this board, but most here will agree that NBC Tower is a quality post-modern nod to Deco.
I like the Lakeview proposal. Every neighborhood in Chicago should have at least one of these buildings.
