Marcello’s Father And Son Restaurant in Logan Square, which is across from the Mega Mall redevelopment is closing after 72 years. The owner says he's having trouble keeping up with repairs to the building. It has a sizable surface parking lot. Great redevelopment opportunity. Zoned C2-2.
Any bets on a developer swooping in and replacing it with some 4-8 story mixed use development?
