Orlando Development Update

I-Drive in Orlando has definitely been the site for many new proposals and projects! I'm very happy to see that the corridor is finally becoming more dense and to see they type of projects being displayed in the area. Here is an updated construction list of the projects that are going on in Orlando:

Citi Tower is officially under construction

The newest high rise in Orlando, Citi Tower, is under construction. It is expected to be completed by 2017. More info:

All Aboard Florida Gains Easement...

All Aboard Florida is making more progress and is almost a reality for Orlando, Miami and possibly Jacksonville and Tampa in the future. This is an awesome commuter rail system! More info:

Orlando Magic Entertainment Complex groundbreaking expected to start next summer

The Orlando Magic CEO stated that they hope to begin construction on phase 1 of the Magic's downtown Entertainment district by the summer of 2016. More info:

City Centre makes it past appeals

City Centre, a 28 story high rise proposed on the shores of Lake Eola, finally has all appeals against it dropped and might be making more progress in the development phase. More info:

Orlando City Soccer Stadium is under construction

The new Orlando City Soccer Stadium is under construction! We're very close to seeing this structure go vertical! More info:

I-Square Hotel/Mall is making good progress and doing site work! I really just wanted to post an awesome rendering of it!
If any of you have any pictures of Orlando development/projects or of the city itself, please post them! I'm happy to see that the city is thriving so much! Also, if I missed anything, feel free to add it! Orlando is growing and I love to see the work that is going into the city!
