It's more like three connected buildings: apartments, a hotel, and an office building (on the right).
It will take up an entire block minus the small, gray square in the bottom left which is Flying Saucer bar that was the only part of the block that didn't sell. This area of downtown has a 20 floor height limit which kept the project from going taller (Fayetteville Street downtown has 40 floor height limit).
