I walked by today actually and the Muntz looks really nice. This development easily has the best finishes/materials of any in Halifax at the moment. The only complaint on my end is the South side white balconies look cheap and out of place.

I do agree though, it will look a lot better once Cunard and the Art Gallery are finished along the waterfront for a more built-up look.
