Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): The Little Building was purchased by Emerson College in 1994. Due to water damage which deteriorated the façade the building, starting 2017, is being reconstructed utilizing the existing materials while adding to the overall square footage of the building. Reconstruction of the Little Building and the addition of a 13th floor is slated to be complete in 2019.
