CIBC Square 1 - deck for the new park that spans the rail corridor and will connect to the Phase 2 site, on the parking lot behind the historic Dominion Building. Transit buses seen left side of the pic will relocate soon to the new bus terminal in CIBC Phase 1.

Garrison Point (nearing completion)
As you head west from the downtown core (well before the Humber Bay cluster) you’ll happen upon this packed mini-cluster, wedged in a triangle between 2 rail corridors. From this pov it doesn’t look like there’s room for a sidewalk. There will be a 4 acre wedge-shaped park in front of the buildings and one of the bridges connects south to historic Fort York.
The tallest building is only 35 storeys … methinks this would have been the perfect site for a 150m - 200m point tower (drama views/setting).
