Henderson is slowly improving and I can appreciate the need for a brand identity before the neighbourhood gets used to trying out and appreciating independent joints... in which case I'd hope for a Stella's. It should be awesome in that spot.

Yeah I don't get Sal's. I've been to many locations around the city and have never been even mildly impressed. I have literally had waitresses missing teeth and reeking of cigarettes. Last time I went the waitress was surprisingly young but I felt bad for her cause some guy was yelling at her for not bringing jam with his toast, her mentioning that it's garlic toast didn't dissuade him either.
