Restaurant group turning Equestria space into Mesquite Chop House

River City Management Group LLC has signed a lease for the 8,400-square-foot space at 3165 S. Forest Hill Irene Road. Once it opens, this would be the third Mesquite Chop House for River City Management. The company opened the first one in Southaven Towne Center six years ago and opened its second in Downtown Memphis at 88 Union three years ago.
