I don't understand why this thread was moved. The project was never cancelled. Its been in litigation for the past 2+ years, and now Rosen has control again.
This thread should be in "Highrise and Supertall Proposals", IMO. Especially now that Rosen has control, litigation is cleared, and the project can go forward.
