Looks like this development where the O’Neil Printing building currently sits is looking to be on track (projected to start construction Early 2020). Final Site Plan was submitted last month.

We could see three cranes on Fillmore St alone next year with this development, The Fillmore phase 1, and Aspire Fillmore across the street.
